I served as Clinic Administrative Director during two periods with the system.
These were system results, delivered with the clinical and administrative teams across the hospitals and outpatient clinics.
What changed
- Used the Sweet 16 initiative to increase provider capacity.
- Worked on the system's clinical accounts receivable performance.
The results
- Provider capacity increased 187.5% in six months.
- Clinical days in accounts receivable fell 61.4% in four months.
